Very basic hotel. Room we had was not good. Toilet seat was broken. Bed linen had stains all over it. The menu they have they can not give you, 90% of it was unavailable. Staff were friendly enough and very helpful but I would not use this hotel again.

Food served.... bland taste Attention.... poor Charges... exorbitant. Advance taken. Cleanliness... toilets ... poor. Cleanliness... meeting hall ... just ok Our guests' experience... Many left without dinner. Half of them will not come to this hotel. Roadside eateries are batter in quality.

Hotel is near the bus stand. The tea and food quality is not good. The room size is adequate. Good for those looking for bedding facilities. Room service is not good. Landline intercom in the room doesn't work and is dead. Average ordinary stay.

The hotel looks very classy from outside but the room in which I stayed was not good at all. The room was OK sized. The bathroom was not clean. The taps were leaking and the lights were not working. The lights in the room was also very dim. Could be better if maintained properly. The hotel has its own bar and restaurant. The food is good. The location is also good.

It is situated near bus stand..rooms are well maintained and modernised but food quality is not up to that mark...staff behaviour is good... This is a new hotel built with all modern amenities. They have car parking on request and they also clean the car as a gesture. They also have a in-house restaurant with punjabi dishes. We took this hotel for a night to hop on and it is quite satisfactory as per our requirment.
